For home-service businesses on Jobber
Raise prices on every recurring job at once
No more editing jobs one by one. PriceRoll works out the new price for every recurring job, shows you a preview, then changes them all on the date you choose and checks its own work. Completed and invoiced visits are left alone, and you can undo for 60 days.
The scan is free. Nothing changes in Jobber until you confirm.
Why PriceRoll
Stop raising prices one job at a time.
A price increase by hand in Jobber means opening every recurring job, working out the new price, changing the next visit, copying it to the visits after, and checking you didn't touch one that's already done or invoiced. Then you build a list of who to tell. It takes hours, so the raise gets pushed to next season, and every visit until then goes out at last year's price.
PriceRoll automates all of it. Your part is one form, one preview and one click. PriceRoll works out every new price, changes every job on schedule, checks its own work and hands you the client list. Completed and invoiced visits are never touched, and you can undo it for 60 days.
The mathA $55 visit raised 5% and rounded up to the next dollar is $58. Across 80 visits a week, that's $240 more every week. Your free scan does this math on your own jobs.
| Job | Now | New |
|---|---|---|
| Ben Chen Weekly mow | $55.00 | $58.00 |
| Claire Patel Bi-weekly mow | $45.00 | $48.00 |
| Jonah Brooks Weed control | $35.00 | $37.00 |
| Luis Grant Lawn edging Can't change safely An upcoming visit has a one-off item. | $30.00 | $32.00 |
The slow way vs. PriceRoll
Every step you'd do by hand, automated
How it works
From scan to new prices in four steps
Connect and get a free scan
Sign in with Jobber. PriceRoll counts your recurring jobs and shows what a 3%, 5% or 8% raise adds to one round of visits.
Set the raise
A percent or a flat dollar amount, rounded up to the next $1 or $5 if you like. Add a minimum or maximum, limit it to certain services, and pick the start date.
Check the preview
Every job with its price now and its new price, plus the total you gain per round of visits. Untick anything you want to leave alone.
Confirm, and PriceRoll does the rest
It changes your jobs by itself two days before the start date (you can cancel until then), then checks every visit it changed.
Everything PriceRoll does
Done for you, with checks at every step
Works out every new price
- Raise by a percent, or by a flat dollar amount on each unit price
- Round new prices up to the next $1 or $5. Rounding only goes up, so it never eats into the raise
- Set a minimum and a maximum increase per unit price
- Raise only the services you name, like “Mow”
Changes every job for you
- Reads all your recurring jobs from Jobber in one go
- Updates each job’s upcoming visits, and its default price, which Jobber uses for visits it adds later
- Runs on schedule, two days before the start date. Set it up weeks ahead and it happens by itself
Shows you every price first
- Nothing changes in Jobber until you confirm
- See each job’s price now and its new price, plus the total gain per round of visits
- Tick or untick any job. Raises over 25% start unticked, so you look twice
- Download the list of clients getting the raise, with old and new prices, for your price notices
Checks every job, before and after
- Never touches completed or invoiced visits, or visits before your start date
- Sets aside any job with a one-off charge or custom price on an upcoming visit, and tells you why
- Reads each job again right before changing it, and skips it if its prices changed since your preview
- Reads every visit back afterwards to confirm the new price is there
You stay in control
- Undo the whole raise for 60 days, with one button and a confirm step
- Cancel any time before the change date
- Stop a run part-way
- Watch progress live as each job changes
Reliable and secure
- If Jobber is busy or the connection drops, PriceRoll retries on its own
- If your Jobber sign-in expires, runs pause and carry on once you reconnect
- Your Jobber sign-in is stored encrypted, and disconnecting deletes it
PriceRoll works on recurring jobs billed per visit. Fixed-price jobs show up in your scan and preview, but PriceRoll doesn't change them yet.
